About
TARP

The Appalachian Recovery Project is a program under the non-profit organization, United Carolinas Cavalry. We provide free building materials to nonprofits dedicated to rebuilding homes and businesses for those displaced by Hurricane Helene. By supporting these organizations, we help individuals and businesses return to their homes and livelihoods as quickly and efficiently as possible.
